Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a great form of exercise to improve your overall fitness and improve technique in different sports. It is known for being one of the safest and most efficient ways to stretch, strengthen and rehabilitate your body.

 

During your Pilates Initial Assessment, you will have a musculoskeletal appraisal by our Physiotherapist who will then design your personalised program based upon your  needs, goals and/or injuries.

Clinical Pilates is suitable for different age groups. Some of the many benefits include:
