Ragne completed a degree in Physiotherapy from Tartu Health Care College in Estonia in 2010. She has since then worked in NHS trust where she received an extensive knowledge of work-related musculoskeletal injuries and in various private clinics as a senior physiotherapist.
Ragne has treated a diverse range of musculoskeletal pains and injuries, but her main interest in running and tennis related injuries and she also specialises in ante-and postnatal and oncology physiotherapy. Ragne predominantly utilizes a manual therapy approach, however knows the importance of strength and conditioning following an injury to avoid any complications in the future and to aid quick recovery.
Ragne is also a registered acupuncturist, a treatment which she feels can help alleviate many musculoskeletal aches and pains. Additionally she has completed Pilates Level 1 and 2 courses which she uses as part of her physiotherapy treatment, but also provides 1:1 sessions and group classes.
Outside of work Ragne enjoys running, playing tennis and hiking.
